Re-Enrollment for 2025-2026 School Year

2025-2026 Re-Enrollment Information 

Families have until the start of the school year on August 7th, 2025, to submit the documents.

We will collect documents starting April 22nd.

 
Hours for collection will be:
8 am - 10 am & 12 pm -2 pm Monday - Friday.
Starting May 27' we will collect documents:
8 am- 4pm Monday - Thursday
8 am - 12pm on Fridays.

Students must submit documents before trying out or attending summer extra-curricular events.

Below you will see documents that must be submitted:

Option 1: Homeowners & Renters: Need 1 item from each group.

Group A: DOES NOT NEED TO BE NOTORTIZED 
Mortgage Statement, Tax Bill, Deed, Homestead Exemption, or a Lease or
Rental Agreement (or last 6 months of receipts)
Group B: Needs to be within the last 30 days.
Electric, Water, Cable, Gas, City Utilities, or Internet Bill

Option 2: Living with a homeowner: Need 2 of the following documents.

Current Driver's License, WIC Documents, SNAP Documents, Food Stamp Documents, Disability Check, Tax Documents, Social Security Documents, Medical Documents, Current Voter Registration Card
