Great ways to get even a quick, but effective bodyweight workout:

3 Exercises, 10 Reps, 10 Rounds

10 Sit-ups

10 Push-ups

10 Squats

or

10 Oompas

10 Spiderman Lunges

10 Burpees

 

1.You ALWAYS warm-up and cool-down with any workout!!!

2. You can use any exercise combos, but try to put emphasis in one exercise on core, another in upper body, and last one in lower body.

3. You can add weights or other implements (i.e., jumprope, med ball, bands) or plyometrics or running.

4. You push through with minimal downtime.
