Parents, Guardians, friends, and family are reminded they will need to pass through the security check before entering the gymnasium.
Doors open to spectators at 4:45 PM. There is no charge for admission
The BVES & BES Beginning Band with The Berwick Elementary Choir
What to Wear: Students are asked to dress “in their Sunday Best” as many pictures will be taken as it is their first concert.
Where to go: Students should report to Berwick High School
What time: They will meet in the gym for 5PM
When are they done: Students will be dismissed as soon as the 5th grade beginning band is done performing.
The choir begins at 5:30PM and the band immediately follows.
The Berwick Junior High 6th Grade Intermediate Band
What to Wear: Jeans and a School appropriate Christmas themed top
Where to go: Students should report to Berwick High School – to the band room
What time: They will meet in the band room at BHS for 5:15PM
When are they done: Students will be dismissed as soon as the 6th grade beginning band is done performing.
The BJHS 6th grade band immediately follows the 5th grade combined beginning band.
The Berwick Junior High 7th and 8th Grade Band
What to Wear: Jeans and “Ugly Christmas Sweaters” (School appropriate)
Where to go: Students should report to Berwick High School Gym
What time: They will meet in the BHS gym for 6:45PM
When are they done: Students will be dismissed as soon as they are done performing.
BHS SOP immediately follows the 7th and 8th grade band

Where to go: Students should report to the band room
What time: They will meet in the BHS gym for 6:40PM
