Parish Honor Band Auditions a Success!
Forms for those participating in Parish Honor Band are due Tuesday, January 12th.
Please note: there is $35 participation fee that is required for the SMP Honor Band. It has been added to the School Cash Online system for payment so BHS can send one check for all fees.
Make sure that is paid by January 27th.

January 27th - 5:30PM - 7:30PM
Senior High at Berwick High School
Junior High at Berwick Junior High
January 29th - 5:30PM - 7:30PM
All at Franklin Senior High
January 30th - ALL Day at Franklin Senior High - Lunch is provided
Concert is on the 31st after a morning rehearsal
Rehearsal begins at 9AM and the concert begins at noon.
There is additional information in the Parish Honor Band Team for students and at BHS in the Band Lobby on the wall.
Attention Sophomores!
If you are completing your 2nd year with SOP and will continue for a third year....your Letterman Jacket Fitting is going to March 16th in the MORNING!
Forms will go home to be completed so you can be prepared for costs.
SOP ONLY pays for the basic jacket. No sailor flap, no names, just the jacket - any additions must be covered by the student that is getting the jacket.
In addition, any patches that you would like to have added to the jacket must be BROUGHT to the March 16th jacket fitting day.
District Large Ensemble Festival
This year's Large Ensemble Festival is being hosted at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium.
As the directors in the parish of the host site, we will be asked to provide some students each day to assist in running the festival. Once the schedule is released by the district director - we will have a sign up sheet available for any students that wish to assist.
Bowling and Band
We have a LOT of members of the bowling team in the band - it really is kind of wonderful!
But the bowling team needs a little help - they are having a fundraiser on February 14th from 11AM - 2PM. They have asked for 7 students to help serve jambalaya plates. If you are interested in helping - let one of the directors know!
2025-2026 Band Fees
Band Fees for the 25-26 school year have been posted to student accounts on School Cash Online. The amounts posted include waivers for students participating in clean up day, the Coast Guard Change of Command, BJHS Football games AND BHS Football games.

Band Fees for the 2025-2026 school year are due by March 25th (Before Prom)
Band Fees from Previous Years
Any student that still owes band fees from PREVIOUS years has that amount updated into the online payment system. You are welcome to pay that with credit or debit card. These fees are PAST DUE. Please get them in ASAP.
